Understanding Heartbreak And How To Turn It Into A Positive Experience.
Perhaps the most important fact about heartbreak, is that unknowingly everyone holds such experience within, but we continue living with it unaware of its existence or or how it influences our lives. Generally heartbreak is understood as the hurt after separating from a romantic partner. This experience is only a reproduction of the original one, and for the purpose of creating awareness, I've written a book, which identifies the moment in which it took hold of our hearts, how to understand it, how to go through the experience so as to turn it into an exercise of self-healing, letting go and being in love.
Sometimes the worst experiences we have to go through come also with invaluable lessons that in time turn to be the best that could have happen to us. It is also a guide on how to improve relationships, by understanding the effect of feelings and emotions, and also how to explore the self, to realise, that our flaws are learned patterns that we adapted from others during a period in life in which we didn't have, neither the experience, nor the awareness to question what were being taught.
