The Power of Embodiment.
Healing began with me. I stepped into the unknown. I made a firm decision a stuck to it every day for years.
I arrived there depressed, angry and defiant. I lived with a strong sense that my mind and body were clearly separate. I long for something different; something attainable, but I didn't know what.
It was in the unknwon that I found parts of myself I didn't think I had, or that I had lost. The expansion, the growth, happened in the not knowing. In the unknown, I found myself.
Entering the Unknown
I joined a seminar not knowing who the facilitators were or what methods they offered. I only felt a strong call to attend -impossible at the time, but determination made it possible.
A few weeks before the seminar, I already had a glimpse of what was coming. After three days without sleep, living on coffee and water, I experienced the most beautiful surge of energy flowing from my heart. It was universal love.
At my public introduction, I was asked what I wanted to get from the seminar. I didn't even know why I was there. Words started flowing without thought, and I asked to bring the mind to the body.
By the following morning, there had already been a powerful shift in me. I was once again in touch with my true nature -an amazing energy flowing through my body.
I had arrived depressed and lost. I left in bliss, embodying love and inner peace.
Transformation
During the work, I connected with people I would have never spoken to before. I not only learned to see myself and others in a new light, but I also enjoyed working with them. I became more understanding of people, more compassionate.
I learned to use my own experience to heal and grow. I realised that it was possible to embody different experiences in the present moment; that neither the past nor trauma had to decide my future or define who I am.
After the second seminar, I isolated in nature for a year. I walked day and night, embodying my own created experiences, growing day after day. Even though I advanced greatly on my own, I joined a third seminar. By then, I lived with an incredible sense of knowing. Everything I felt would happen during the seminar did happen.
By the end, I left embodying the most soothing state of higher consciousness, with the certainty of a new life. Finding it impossible to describe in words, I called it: I Am In Love. Not only did I find myself, I found God.
Integration
The experience of the seminars was different for everyone. Not everyone got the same results. The more one puts into the work, the more one recieves. It is that simple.
Ever since, I have been helping others heal and grow; privately and in small groups. After such a divine experience, there was no doubt this was my calling. I live with the conviction and the knowing that a new life is possible for everyone; a life of inner peace, love and clarity.
I also live with the knowing that we are here to help and heal each other.
My writing, the base of my work, has reached millions of people. I have done hundreds of soul readings, giving people a sense of who they really are, and I have helped countless others online and face to face.
The Deepening Through Struggle
Of course, there have also been darker periods, especially after a serious injury I suffered three years ago.
I thank myself, the facilitators, Claudio Naranjo -the man whose work created the seminars- and everyone else I encountered in life: every trauma, every happy moment. Without them, I do not know how I would have survived my most recent trauma or faced the consequences with the attitude that I can go through this too.
I has been during these difficult time that my work has deepened. I can not give more direction, explain these methods in practical ways and help others use their own experience to heal and grow.
I create and teach my own methods.
Healing began with me. In the unknown, I found myself.
And from that place, I now help others find themselves too.
