Connecting the Dots to Move Forward in Life.
Connecting the dots is essential for in personal development and find solutions in life. Everything that is needed for transformation is already in life's experience or it can be recreated. Søren Kierkegaard said that "life can only be understood backwards, but it must be lived forward.
Past traumas, experiences and memories condition an individual's life narrative phsychologically, emotionally and physically, creating their character and personality, influencing thoughts, emotions, habits, beliefs, attitude and the entire spectrum of what a person becomes.
It does affect the relationship with the self, as well as the ones with others.
Connecting the dots could prove a difficult task, as the story is being told repeatedly. A simple memory can trigger the same effect. Memories are stored in the body as energy. Fifty per cent of what's remembered is not actually the truth. As time passes by, stories are embellished, details added, making the energy stored more powerful, causing repetitive reactions when faced with the same or similar experiences in the present.
It's a cycle difficult to break. The fact that memory is distorted in time doesn't mean events didn't happen, it simply makes it harder to change the narrative.
The present moment offers infinite doors to solutions. It allows to challenge past situations in order to witness the situation from a different perspective, so as to recreate past experiences that produce empowering energies, as well as releasing the ones already stored towards a future more in accordance with a person true nature.
The amount of possibilities for a better performance in life increases the closer one is to their true nature.
Anyone can rebuild their emotional body by using their own experience, practising simple methods and removing other practices that lead to the same place time and again. First, to stop repeating the same stories, and find instead, safe people and places where the story can be told without judgment and the intention to heal.
The reason there's no development or improvement is that the narrative is leading itself by the inertia of past memories instead of being written. This could lead to living with a sense of powerlessness and hopelessness or the feeling of not having control.
Body movement, mindfulness or breathwork help to connect to the present moment. Awareness is also an invititation to the present moment. Akashic records can contribute to revisit the past and bring a sense of renewal.
There are other resources and methods that anyone can adopt, adapt and improve in order to make life a more energised and clear future in ways that can be embodied and become part of the self.

Any moment is an opportunity for rebirth, to embark in a more empowering narrative that has yet to be written. One dot at a time.
