After the Pain, There is Love.
Pain is unavoidable in the human experience. Everybody hurts at some point during their lives.
In feeling the pain, it's integrated, and in time released. It doesn't need a story, just to feel the pain.
The story adds drama and unnecessary attachment, and both create a cycle that returns in the most unexpected and unpleasant ways.
When we focus on the pain, the story dissolves. Eventually, inner stregth takes over, and growth towards a new version of the self inevitably follows.
The resistance to pain creates suffering, perpetuates the story, and forms an identity that walks the wrong path.
Scrolling, food, drinks, material purchases feed an industry that thrives in the avoidance of pain.
Feel the pain. Let it break you.
It won't break the whole of you. You'll return with more clarity, ready to write a new story.
There's love behind the pain.
